Tania S. Mazraani, Business Support Specialist

A communication graduate of the Lebanese American University (LAU), Tania has twenty-seven years of experience in the corporate world.
Before moving to the Greater Boston area to support the family interests Commercial Real Estate Development and IT, she occupied the position of Executive Director at Berytech Technology & Health, a non-profit business incubation and acceleration center, affiliated with Saint-Joseph University, one of the top three universities in Lebanon.

During her employment at Berytech from 2004 till 2012, Tania also acted as Communication Advisor to the Berytech Fund and its portfolio companies. She was Member of the Board of Berytech Foundation and was assigned as Short-Term Expert on several international missions by the European Business Network (EBN). Other than running the center on a day-to-day basis, she provided coaching, training, and business advice to entrepreneurs. She represented Berytech in events locally and internationally, interacted with high level government, corporate and banking officials, diplomats and ambassadors, and other NGOs vested in economic development

Tania is an accredited Business Advisor from the Institute of Business Consulting (UK) and accredited Assessor by the Oxford Cambridge & RSA Examinations (OCR) and a Certified Trainer by the Micro-Enterprise Acceleration Institute, Switzerland.

She is currently Secretary of the New England Alumni Chapter of the Lebanese American University and Member of the Windham Women Business Connection.
 
George Mazraani, Real Estate Developer, Serial Entrepreneur

George is a graduate of California Polytechnic State University (Cal Poly), Pomona, California earning a Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Computer Science in 1989. Until 1991, he worked with Bechtel Corporation, one of the world’s top construction contractors, as Software Developer in the IT Department. In 1992, he resigned to pursue his entrepreneurial aspirations, successfully founding, and running a number of ventures between California and Lebanon in hospitality, Information Technology and Real Estate.

Throughout his career, he successfully advised and mentored a number of businesses and entrepreneurs in the IT space. In 2011, he established his first venture in Salem NH in ICT and purchased his first commercial property at 88 N. Broadway. Since then, he has effectively acquired and developed several commercial properties in town. He is very passionate about launching Innovia Works coworking space as the newest addition to his small but growing portfolio of real-estate ventures.
